Emma Laing – Managing Director

For the past twenty one years Emma has worked with leaders and senior executives in Australia and Internationally in the field of leadership development, executive coaching, facilitation, and cultural change. Emma’s work is inspired by her commitment to assist leaders to reach their full potential and achieve excellence – personally, professionally and for their organisations. For six years as a Partner with the Institute of Executive Coaching, Emma trained, developed and provided professional supervision for executive coaches and coached senior leaders in the corporate and public sector. Additionally, Emma was a Fellow of the Oxford Leadership Academy, an International Management Consultancy specialising in strategy, corporate turnaround and aligning individual and corporate values, vision and purpose. For the past ten years as the Managing Director of Emmanate, Emma works with leaders and senior executives in the domains of culture change, leadership development, personal resilience, presentation skills, and building high performing senior leadership teams across a range of areas including Banking and Finance, Superannuation, Insurance, Professional Service Firms, Property and Construction Industry, Publishing, Healthcare, Telecommunications, the Automotive and Manufacturing Industry, and the public sector.  Emma works closely with the core Emmanate team and the Emmanate talent pool of consultants and coaches. Emma incorporates insights from her past experience as a senior leader in an International Education Institution in New York, USA where she successfully restructured a significant part of the business.

Hermione Stewart – Senior Consultant

Hermione Stewart is an executive coach and consultant working in Australia and globally for the past twenty years. She has a wide range of experience in executive coaching, leadership and organisational development, change management, team building, performance management, internal communication and public relations. Hermione has been described as “someone who has the capacity for insight and empathy that allows others to make positive changes in the way they work and live.” Additionally, Hermione is the Owner of a National Commercial Interior Business where she believes communication competence is an essential aspect of leadership.
Recent assignments include executive coaching in the Banking and Finance, Superannuation and Manufacturing sector, Academic Institutions, Not-for-Profit sector and Professional Service Firms.
In addition to executive coaching Hermione facilitates presentation skills, mentoring and leadership programs, and effective conversations programs. Hermione brings her past experience from theatre and television to speaking engagements and the facilitation of effective presentation skills programs for executives in small groups or one on one. Hermione has been described as “someone who is highly engaging and who has the ability to connect others to the content of her material quickly and clearly when speaking and develops this skill in others.”
