For over twenty years Emma has worked with leaders and senior executives in Australia and Internationally in the field of leadership development, executive coaching, facilitation, and cultural change. Emma’s work is inspired by her commitment to assist leaders to reach their full potential and achieve excellence – personally, professionally and for their organisations. For six years as a Partner with the Institute of Executive Coaching, Emma trained, developed and provided professional supervision for executive coaches and coached senior leaders in the corporate and public sector. Additionally, Emma was a Fellow of the Oxford Leadership Academy, an International Management Consultancy specialising in strategy, corporate turnaround and aligning individual and corporate values, vision and purpose. For over ten years as the Managing Director of Emmanate, Emma works with leaders and senior executives in the domains of culture change, leadership development, personal resilience, presentation skills, and building high performing senior leadership teams across a range of areas including Banking and Finance, Superannuation, Research Institutions, Insurance, Professional Service Firms, Property and Construction Industry, Publishing, Healthcare, Telecommunications, the Automotive and Manufacturing Industry, and the public sector. Emma incorporates insights from her past experience as a senior leader in an International Education Institution in New York, USA where she successfully restructured a significant part of the business.
