Emma Laing
Founder & Director
As the Managing Director of Emmanate, Emma Laing specialises in executive and leadership coaching, leadership development, culture change, and building high-performing teams. At the heart of Emma’s approach is a belief in the transformative power of purpose-driven leadership combined with clear strategic alignment, and the development of resilient leaders and organisations.
In addition to team and leadership development and culture change, Emma has spent over 10,000 coaching hours empowering leaders and senior executives across Australia and internationally to achieve personal, professional, and organisational excellence.
By fostering self-awareness and aligning leadership with individual and organisational values, Emma helps clients achieve meaningful and sustainable growth. Her expertise has seen her deliver results in diverse environments and industries, including banking and finance, higher education, professional services, healthcare, through to property and construction.
Emma’s career is grounded in a deep commitment to helping leaders build resilience and navigate complexity with confidence and clarity. Her work draws on extensive experience, including six years as a Partner with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership where she offered coaching and trained and mentored executive coaches as well asher role as a Fellow of Oxford Leadership, a global consultancy dedicated to aligning strategy with values and vision.
She also brings a unique perspective from her tenure as a senior leader at an international education institution in New York, where she successfully led a significant organisational restructure.
