Emmanate partnered with SHAPE, a national construction company, for a number of years, helping drive cultural and leadership transformation.

The engagement began with executive leadership coaching on the C-suite level, cascading down through state managers and senior teams to build a constructive and aligned team culture. We also conducted 360 leadership and team assessments, debrief sessions with both leaders and team members, a bespoke leadership program designed to build a constructive team culture and extensive culture surveying.

The results have been remarkable:
